Kindnss Remote Podcast Setup

Note: if you have any trouble or don't feel like looking through all of this - there is setup time built into the recording call and the podcast director will be on the line to answer all questions you have and walk you through setup. This is merely a guide for the curious.

Step 1:
Open the box and remove the microphone, stand and the usb-c cable.

Step 2:
Assemble by screwing the stand into the base and then the microphone into the stand.

Step 4:
In as quiet of a location as possible, place the recorder between yourself and the computer you will be using to make the call. The TOP of the mic should be level with your mouth (You will be talking directly into it) and 2-3 inches away.

Step 3:
Plug the usb-c cable into the back of the microphone and then into a port on your computer.

Note:

The light on the top of the bar is also a mute button/touch-sensitive surface. Just tap the bar (it will turn red) to mute and tap again (it will turn green) to unmute. Be aware that if this bar is bumped while adjusting the mic and the light turns red, your microphone will be muted.

Thats it! All other instructions will be covered during the setup time at the beginning of the call.
